Jane Wathall Cmiosh

Jane Wathall CMIOSH is an accomplished health and safety professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Health and Safety at Evander since October 2025, Jane previously held similar positions at Schoen Clinic UK Group from August 2021 to October 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing health and safety measures. Prior to that, Jane worked with Keltbray Group as HSQE Senior Systems Advisor and HSQE Advisor, focusing on the development and implementation of HSQE management systems and conducting audits. Jane's career also includes roles in facilities management and account management with companies such as FISco (UK) Ltd and Towergate Insurance, as well as self-employment as a personal trainer and massage therapist. Jane has a strong background in health and safety management, compliance, and client relationship management, complemented by education from Burton Technical College.
