Daniel Edwards

Daniel Edwards, MOL, currently serves as the Controller at Evangel University since January 2019. Prior to this role, Daniel was a Project Manager at AIG from April 2015 to December 2018, overseeing multiple projects within the Finance Transformation group and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Before AIG, Daniel held the position of Technical Accounting Manager at New York Life Insurance Company from December 2009 to March 2015, where responsibilities included establishing system and accounting controls impacting the SAP General Ledger. Daniel's career began at Merrill Lynch, where, from May 1998 to September 2008, Daniel managed financial controls and reporting for headquarters operations across various regions. Daniel holds a Masters of Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Management from Evangel University.
