Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer Jackson serves as the Assistant Director of the Center for Student Success and Retention Specialist at Evangel University since July 2013, focusing on developing individualized accountability systems for students, facilitating coaching, and creating curricula for academic success and online orientations. Previously, Jennifer worked as a Billing Advisor, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and managing financial aid processes. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Processing Coordinator at the Assemblies of God National Leadership and Resource Center, overseeing missionary application processing and training logistics. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Evangel University, along with an Associate's degree in General Business from Missouri Southern State University.
