Eneida Reyes, SHRM-CP is currently serving as the Serve Locally Ministry Specialist at The Evangelical Covenant Church, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership to implement ministry initiatives focused on community development and advocacy. Prior experience includes roles as a Training Development Specialist at LifeScan Labs, where comprehensive training programs were designed for healthcare staff; Insurance Review Team Lead at Guaranteed Rate, known for expertise in insurance requirements and policy reviews; Executive Administrator to the CEO at Eldorrado Chicago Real Estate, managing administrative tasks and property oversight; and Operations Manager at La Josie, overseeing daily operations and human resources tasks. Eneida is pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Formation at North Park Theological Seminary.
