Carole Lehn has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the EVP Operations at EFCA since June 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO at World Marketing Group Minneapolis from 2016 to 2018. From 2012 to 2018, Carole was a Consultant at Details Details. Carole also served as a Trustee and Finance Committee Chair at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul from 2008 to 2015, and as a Regent at Trinity International University from 2007 to 2013. Carole's earlier experiences include working as the CFO at Chickadee Cottage Restaurant from 1999 to 2003, and as a Vice President at Thomson Reuters in various roles related to finance and strategic planning from 1996 to 1998.
Carole Lehn pursued their education by completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics at Wheaton College from 1982 to 1986. Afterward, they enrolled at the University of St. Thomas from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management.
