Alaina Pratt is a seasoned operational leader with extensive experience in driving efficiency and innovation across various organizations. Currently serving as EVP of Operations at Mostly Human LLC since March 2025, Alaina previously held the role of Chief Experience Officer at United Way of Greater Cincinnati from May 2023 to March 2025. Prior to that, Alaina was SVP of Operations at Empower, where responsibilities included overseeing 200+ employees and multiple cross-functional teams. Alaina’s career includes significant positions at Roadtrippers, POSSIBLE, Leader Enterprises, and News America Marketing, contributing to strategic growth and execution across diverse client portfolios. Alaina holds a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University.
