William Burkett

William Burkett has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. William started their career as an Analyst/Associate in the CSFB Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1978 to 1981. William then worked at McKinsey & Co., Inc. as an Associate/Senior Engagement Manager from 1983 to 1988, where they served clients in various industries and countries.

In 1989, Burkett held multiple positions. William served as the President of Security Properties, Inc, and also worked as a Special Advisor at Takata Corporation. William then founded Burkett & Company, Inc., where they served as the President.

In 1998, Burkett became an Executive Partner & Member of the Advisory Board at CM Equity Partners, a private equity fund focused on middle-market companies in the U.S. and Canada. William also became a Director at Ramgen Power Systems.

In 2003, Burkett became the Chief Executive Officer of Evans Consoles. William also served as the Chairman of Innovative Art/Portal Publications from 2004 to 2008.

In 2007, Burkett co-founded and became the Chairman of Specialty Finance Trust, a company that purchases long-dated Italian government healthcare receivables at a discount and provides a full servicing platform for the receivables through proprietary software.
