As CEO and President of Evans Energy Services since October 2020, Mila leads a company recognized for its commitment to safety, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. Mila also serves as CEO and President of Evans Industrial, Inc. and as Realtor and Owner of Key Home Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in real estate in Southern California. Earlier in their career, Mila worked as a Health Teacher at El Limonar International School, where Mila developed wellness programs for middle school students, and as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker, excelling in home sales and client representation. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from California State University, Long Beach, an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Odessa, and executive education certifications from Goldman Sachs and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
