Steven Schwartz

Steven Schwartz has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Steven started their career as Vice President at Adams Construction Company, Inc./The Adams Group in 1991 and held this position for ten years. Steven then moved on to Vision Construction Services LLC/The James Group, Inc., where they worked as COO/Division Manager from 2001 to 2008. After that, they served as COO at Griffco Design/Build, Inc. for a year. In 2009, Steven became the Owner of ComSouth Builders, LLC, where they worked until 2013. Steven then joined Evans General Contractors as a Senior Project Manager and later served as Operations Manager until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of VP/Division Manager in Greenville, SC at the same company. Currently, Steven is the Vice President of Manufacturing at Evans General Contractors.

Steven Schwartz attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1981 to 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
