Barry Witt

Barry Witt currently serves as the Corporate Director of Engineering and Facilities at Evans Hotels since June 2022. Previously, Barry held the position of Vice President of Project Management and Corporate Director of Engineering at Pacifica Companies from February 2018 to June 2022, focusing on MEP and Capital planning support for 47 hotel properties and managing vendor relationships. Prior experience includes ownership and management of C3 Solar Design from January 2008 to February 2018, overseeing the financial analysis and project execution of renewable energy systems. Barry's extensive background also includes serving as Regional EVP of Engineering and multiple Director of Engineering roles at Marriott International from July 1987 to February 2005, where responsibilities included regulatory compliance for 235 hotels across 11 states. Barry received education from Aspen University and the University of Houston.
