Berenice Degusti

Berenice DeGusti has a diverse work experience in the field of user research. Berenice is currently working as a User Research Director at Evans Hunt since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior UX Researcher at the same company from March 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Evans Hunt, Berenice worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Antenna Consulting Ltd. from January 2019 to the present, where they conducted user research for global social media companies. Berenice also has experience as an Independent UX Research Consultant, providing research services to digital marketing agencies from August 2016 to the present. Berenice has also served as the Director of User Research at UX Guys Inc. from September 2014 to August 2016, leading a team and conducting research across various industries. Prior to that, they worked as a Researcher at Critical Mass from April 2009 to December 2013, conducting consumer research for clients in different verticals. Berenice has also worked as a Research Associate at the Canadian Research Institute for Law and the Family and as a Research Assistant at the University of Calgary.

Berenice DeGusti holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Calgary, attained from 2005 to 2008. Berenice also received a BComm in Finance and a BA in Sociology from the same university between 1999 and 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2021.
