Maleah Jackson has over 20 years of experience in education, serving as a teacher at EVANSVILLE-VANDERBURGH SCHOOL CORPORATION since August 2003, instructing students in grades 1, 2, 3, 6, and 8 across multiple schools, including Dexter and North Junior High. Jackson has actively participated in professional learning communities and committees focused on curriculum development, positive behavior support, and family engagement, among others. In addition to teaching, Jackson served as a Data and ESL Coach, collaborating with administrators to analyze data and guide professional development for teachers. Prior to the educational career, Jackson worked at Old National Bank in loan processing and data entry. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Evansville, a Master’s degree in Special Education from Oakland City University, and a Certificate in Elementary and Middle School Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
