Deborah Snyder

Deborah Snyder is a highly experienced professional in the field of cybersecurity and information technology, currently serving as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Digital Government since February 2020. Additionally, Deborah holds the position of Governing Board Instructor at the GlobalCISO Leadership Foundation and is the Founder and CEO of IronForged Associates. As a professor and cyber strategist at the University at Albany, SUNY, since 2015, Deborah also contributes as a board member of the Rockefeller College Center for Women in Government and Civil Society. Deborah's extensive background includes roles as NYS Chief Information Security Officer, Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, and various leadership positions across multiple organizations, with a solid educational foundation comprising an MBA and a Graduate Certification in Information Security from the University at Albany.
