Daniela Kleine-Kohlbrecher has a long and varied work experience. Daniela began their career in 2005 as a PostDoc at BRIC, University of Copenhagen, where they were a project partner in the European consortium "DIAMONDS". In 2010, they became a Senior Research Scientist at EpiTherapeutics, a biotech company focusing on drug discovery and development in the field of oncology. In 2015, they moved to Quintiles as a Clinical Trials Assistant. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Assistant Professor at the Biotech Research & Innovation Centre (BRIC), University of Copenhagen, where they were a Project Leader & Research Coordinator and Partner & Workpackage leader for an Innovation foundation granted “Grand solution” project. In 2019, they moved to Evaxion Biotech A/S as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager.

Daniela Kleine-Kohlbrecher received their Diploma in Biology from the University of Osnabrueck, Germany in 2001. Daniela then went on to pursue their PhD fellow in Human Biology from the Institute of Molecular Biology & Tumor Research (IMT) at the University of Marburg from 2001 to 2005. In October 2018, they obtained a certification in Assay Development for Drug Discovery & Characterisation from the EMBL.
