Lisa Assenmacher has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa is currently working at EVBox as the VP People & Places since March 2022. Lisa also has experience working as a Human Resources Generalist at Pepe Jeans London from October 2016 to June 2017, as a Human Resources Officer at deltamethod from October 2014 to August 2015, and as an intern at Vodafone in the field of Performance Management & Talent Development from June 2013 to August 2013. Lisa also completed an internship in Employer Branding & Talent Development at Kienbaum from June 2012 to September 2012.

Lisa Assenmacher began their education in 2011 at the International School of Management in Germany, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Management in 2015. During their time at the International School of Management, Lisa participated in the Erasmus Program and studied abroad at the University of the West of Scotland in 2013. In 2015, they continued their education at the University of Groningen, where they earned a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management in 2016.
