Nathalie Demortain

Nathalie Demortain has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In their current role, they serve as the Finance Director - Evtronic at EVBox. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Finance Manager - Transition management, where they were responsible for analyzing and reporting on financial performance, improving and automating processes, and leading the coordination of the Finance & Purchasing team.

Before that, Nathalie held various positions at Audit Insight, starting in 2016 and ending in 2019. During this time, they worked as a Director, ACDA, ACL Trainer, Associate member of ACFE, Tableau, where they supported clients in controlling their processes and data, conducted internal audits, and developed data analysis tests for automation of internal controls.

From 2015 to 2016, Nathalie was the Director at Aufinia, where they supported multinational clients with automation of internal controls, fraud detection, and organizing workshops and conferences on fraud risk prevention.

Prior to their consulting roles, Nathalie gained experience in the automotive industry, working at Ford Motor Company as a Resource Planning Supervisor in 2013-2015 and a Labour & Overhead Supervisor in 2011. Nathalie also worked at General Motors, where they held positions such as Manufacturing Analyst, Financial Accountant, Business Risk Management Senior Analyst, and Business Risk Management Analyst.

Nathalie started their career as an Internal Auditor at Parker Hannifin in 2006 and worked as an Auditor/Accountant at A4 Conseils, Chartered from 2004 to 2006. Nathalie began their professional journey as an Auditor at Auditeurs & Conseils Associés in 2003.

Throughout their career, Nathalie has demonstrated expertise in finance, auditing, internal controls, process improvement, and fraud detection, contributing to their well-rounded skillset and experience.

Nathalie Demortain holds a Masters Degree in Finance from EM Normandy, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), where they earned a Licence de Droit (equivalent to a BA in Law) from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Nathalie Demortain has obtained certifications in ACDA and ACL Trainer Certification from ACL.
