Fabiano Silva

Fabiano Silva has extensive work experience in the manufacturing engineering field. Fabiano is currently the Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Eve Air Mobility since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Embraer for over 20 years, where they held various roles including Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. At Embraer, they were responsible for managing important teams in Manufacturing Engineering, including manufacturing strategic planning, control/integration, GD&T, executive interior, flight preparation, and aircraft delivery. Fabiano also played a crucial role in the development of several Embraer programs, specifically focusing on INTERIOR development. Before joining Embraer, they worked at TI Automotive System as an Account Engineer, where they collaborated with major companies in the automotive and refrigeration industries. In this role, they were involved in technical and commercial proposal development, customer discussions, prototype creation, tooling development, documentation preparation, sample validation, and production startup.

Fabiano Silva has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed another MBA in Executive Business Management from INPG - Instituto Nacional de Pós Graduação from 2012 to 2013, with a focus on Business/Commerce. Fabiano also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNITAU - Universidade de Taubaté, which they received between 1996 and 2001.
