Steve Young

Steve Young has a strong background in product and service design, currently serving as the Head of Product Centre of Excellence and Service Design at Evelyn Partners since November 2021. With extensive experience in innovation and digital transformation, Young has previously held significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Employee Experience and Service Design Lead, where responsibilities included overseeing IT service management and creating intuitive experiences on the ServiceNow platform. Young's career began at Arkitype Design Partnership and has included leadership positions at companies such as WeeWorld, where foundational work in mobile UX design and strategy was developed. Young holds a BA(Hons) in Product Design from The Glasgow School of Art.
