Jerad Bloom is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Bloom served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Finance at The Morgan Group from February 2022 to February 2024. Prior to this, Bloom was Treasurer at QuarterNorth Energy from June 2018 to February 2022 and held the position of Director of Energy Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets from July 2010 to December 2017, specializing in the Exploration and Production sector. Bloom began a role as a Board Member at the Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center in June 2024. Earlier in the career, Bloom worked as an analyst in Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Services at UHY Advisors from June 2005 to May 2008. Bloom holds an MBA in Energy Finance from The University of Texas at Austin's Red McCombs School of Business and a BS in Mathematics and Economics from Tulane University.
