Martin Gilbert serves as a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at The Boston Consulting Group, specializing in transformation within the Global Healthcare Practice since October 2012. In 2014, Martin was an Advanced Leadership Fellow at Harvard University, focusing on expanding expertise in social impact and global health. Previously, Martin held various leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente from 1983 to 2014, including Chief of Pediatrics and Area Medical Director. Martin's educational background includes an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University, along with additional medical education at Harvard Medical School and UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine.
