Jennifer Shupert has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Banquet Server for ClubCorp. Jennifer then worked as a Food Server for Townhouse Bar in 2009, and Lead Server at T-Bars Restaurant for Waterville Valley Ski Resort in 2010. Additionally, they were a Hospitality Staff Member at Tikchik Narrows Lodge in 2010. From 2011 to 2022, Jennifer worked at Charleston Marriott in various roles, including Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, and Front Desk Manager. Most recently, they have been a Partner Success Coach and Customer Success Coach for Event.Gives since 2022.

Jennifer Shupert attended the College of Charleston from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus in Hospitality.
