Senior Manager, Customer Delivery at Eventbase

Sophie Donnison has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Sophie began their career at CIGNA as an Insurance Sales Consultant, where they achieved consistently exceeding sales targets and was regularly amongst the top achievers in the Call Centre. In 2012, they worked as an Information Systems Analyst at the Ministry for Culture & Heritage, and also as a Tutor at the Information Management School Victoria University, where they were required to have high performance and results, excellent communication skills and to be highly organized. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Fonterra as an Agile Project Manager, Digital Analyst, and as part of the Graduate Program. In this role, they supported the creation and evolution of the Fonterra Digital Ecosystem and created effective strategies, roadmaps and engagement plans for User Experience, CMS, CRM, Social Listening and Analytics. Finally, in 2018, they joined Eventbase as a Manager of Customer Delivery, Producer Lead, and Producer / Project Manager.

Sophie Donnison obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Information Systems and Management from Victoria University of Wellington in 2013. Sophie also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in Management Information Systems, General from the same university in 2013. Prior to this, they attended Wellington Girls College from 2006 to 2009. In addition, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in December 2016 and ITIL from the Global Certification Institute in March 2014.
