Alfredo Temprano

Alfredo Temprano has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Alfredo is currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager at Eventbrite since February 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director at ERNI Madrid from January 2018 to February 2021. In this role, Alfredo represented and coordinated the organizational and managerial functions of the ERNI Madrid site. Alfredo also managed globally the SE teams and coordinated their allocation into different development projects, while assisting customers in identifying and developing the best products for their core business.

Before ERNI, Alfredo worked at Electronic Arts (EA) from October 2013 to January 2018 as an Engineering Manager - Development Director. Here, they had the responsibility of representing and coordinating the Software Engineering function from an organizational and managerial perspective. In addition, Alfredo has held positions at Spenta Consulting as a Certified Scrum Master & Project Manager from January 2010 to October 2013. Alfredo was responsible for leading projects from initial concepts to on-time completion, ensuring quality and efficient resource allocation. Alfredo specialized in Agile project management, backlog and user story creation, SCRUM sprint planning and management, and gained expertise in SharePoint 2010 and Azure.

Alfredo also has experience at Beezy as a Certified Scrum Master & Project Manager (Spenta) from January 2010 to October 2013, where they facilitated and coached the Product Owner and the team to ensure fast and high-quality releases using JIRA and Agile JIRA.

Additionally, Alfredo worked as a Freelance Developer at Asiestucasa.com from January 2011 to September 2011, developing an e-commerce website focused on furniture and decoration items.

Before these roles, Alfredo started their career as an Analyst Developer at Media Ingenuity from November 2008 to December 2009, where they developed new functionalities for a leading UK website focused on financial products comparison and lead generation.

Alfredo also worked as an Analyst Developer at Kurt Geiger, a high street shoes shop, from July 2008 to November 2008, where they supported the business development department, analyzed sales, and implemented new functionality to manage campaigns and stock.

Alfredo's early professional experience includes working as an SAP SBO Developer Consultant at Altim from September 2005 to December 2006.
