Eric Wang

Eric Wang has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and operations. Eric most recently worked as a Software Engineer I at Eventbrite starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer from September 2021 to February 2022. Eric also gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at the Oklahoma City Thunder from January 2021 to May 2021. Before transitioning into software engineering, Eric worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Washington's Boeing Advanced Research Center from July 2019 to December 2020. Eric also has experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector, having held roles at Wood as a Package Engineer from July 2018 to April 2019 and as a Piping Engineer from August 2017 to July 2018. In addition, Eric gained valuable experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Tenaris in June 2016, where they performed root cause analysis, designed experiments, created technical reports, and facilitated training to improve operational efficiency. Eric began their professional journey as an Operations Intern at Montrichard Group in May 2015.

Eric Wang pursued their education in Mechanical Engineering and obtained their Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas at Austin between 2013 and 2017. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington from 2019 to 2020.
