Jean-Yves Chanal

Jean-Yves Chanal has work experience in various software development roles. Jean-Yves is currently a Senior Software Development Engineer at Eventbrite since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Amadeus IT Group from 2012 to 2017. During their time at Amadeus, Jean-Yves held roles such as Principal Software Development Engineer and Senior Software Development Engineer. Jean-Yves was involved in leading the architecture, development, and implementation of new generation front ends for online retailing in the aviation industry. Jean-Yves also contributed to the development of core frameworks and was instrumental in reducing technical debt and ensuring customer satisfaction. Before joining Amadeus, they had an internship at Thales in 2011 and a summer internship at Rockwell Collins in 2009.

Jean-Yves Chanal pursued their education in the field of Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology. From 2008 to 2010, they attended ISAE-SUPAERO, where they obtained a Master's degree. Following this, from 2010 to 2011, they furthered their studies at the University of Glasgow as part of the Erasmus Program, earning another Master's degree in the same field.
