Julia Collado Martín

Julia Collado Martín has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Julia started in 2014 as a Psychologist at the Asociación Española contra el Cáncer. Julia then worked as a Human Resources Trainee at Manpower España in 2015. In the same year, they also participated in the Social Entrepreneur - Think Big program at Fundación Telefónica.

From 2015 to 2016, Julia worked as a Psychologist at the Asociación Española contra el Cáncer. Julia then joined EDP Renewables in 2016 as a Recruiter/Human Resources Trainee, where they conducted interviews and assisted in the integration of new hires.

In 2017, Julia became an HR Consultant at Auren BLC - Selección & Executive Search. Julia held various roles within the company, including On Site RPO - HR Consultant at Famosa and HR Consultant at Knorr-Bremse. Their responsibilities involved managing the full recruitment process, conducting interviews, and coordinating cooperation agreements between companies and universities.

Julia joined HR Talents by DCH in 2021 as a Member, contributing to the promotion of corporate HR professionals' talent. Julia also worked at Eventbrite, starting in 2020 as a Talent Manager/Recruiter and later becoming a Senior Technical Talent Partner/Senior Technical Recruiter. Their responsibilities included developing and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment life cycle.

In 2022, Julia joined Nova as a Member.

Julia Collado Martín has a diverse education history. Julia obtained a People & Culture Manager certification from The Hero Camp in 2022. Prior to that, they completed an MSc in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Ávila from 2020 to 2022, with a focus on Psychology. In 2017, they earned a Master's degree in Psychooncology and Palliative Care from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, specializing in Psychology. In 2014, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from City, University of London. Julia Collado Martín also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from IE University, with a minor in Business, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Julia has a musical background as well, having completed Enseñanzas Profesionales in Flute at Conservatorio Profesional de música de Segovia from 2002 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Practitioner certificate in Educational Neuro-Linguistic Programming (PNL) from Mente Colectiva in 2016. In terms of additional certifications, Julia Collado Martín completed the Advanced Talent Sourcing Training from The Talent Hunter in February 2022.
