Leah Wills

Leah Wills has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Leah began their career as an intern at Flying Television in 2008 before moving on to work as a receptionist and intern at 42West in 2009. Leah then worked as a publicity assistant at ID Public Relations from 2010 to 2012, where they managed calendars, organized travel arrangements, and demonstrated discretion when handling high-profile clients.

In 2013, Leah became an executive personal assistant at Furthur Films, where they expertly managed the schedules of high-profile clients Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, coordinated domestic and international vacations, and crafted comprehensive itineraries for travel and press events. Leah continued their executive assistant roles at The Gill Foundation from 2015 to 2016, providing comprehensive support to the President & CEO and other senior executives, and at BELAY in 2017 and 2018, where they delivered administrative support to a prominent angel investor in the San Francisco tech startup ecosystem.

From 2018 to 2022, Leah worked at Uplight as an executive assistant, providing robust administrative support to the CEO, CSO, COO, CTO, and multiple VPs. During their time there, they managed expenses, travel arrangements, and calendars for five executives simultaneously, and contributed to the preparations and logistics for a confidential merger.

Most recently, Leah worked at Eventbrite in 2023 as an executive assistant to the CPO, VP of Global Total Rewards, and Senior Director of HR Business Partner. In this role, they efficiently supported the executives in a fast-paced corporate environment, successfully coordinated and managed a high-profile offsite event for HR leaders, and demonstrated exceptional organizational skills in planning and executing offsite events for two separate groups.

Through their varied work experience, Leah has developed strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide comprehensive administrative support to executives in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Leah Wills completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism at Michigan State University from 2004 to 2009.
