Nicholas Rose is an experienced engineer with a career spanning several decades in the audio and music industry. Since 1994, Nicholas has served as a Senior Engineer at Eventide Inc, leading projects from their inception to completion, including the Orville audio project. Prior to this role, Nicholas was a Senior Engineer at Digital Audio Research, where involvement as one of the three founders contributed to pioneering developments in digital audio workstations from 1987 to 1994. Earlier, as Principal Engineer for the rock group Emerson Lake and Palmer from 1972 to 1979, Nicholas specialized in synthesizers and sound system interfaces, enhancing both touring and studio experiences. Nicholas holds a Master of Arts in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, earned between 1969 and 1972.
