Bjoern Zacher

Bjoern Zacher, CFA, has extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, currently serving in a Corporate M&A role at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA since September 2021. Prior to this position, Bjoern Zacher worked in Investment Banking focused on M&A at Berenberg from July 2018 to June 2021 and spent 12 years at UBS, holding the role of M&A Director as well as serving as a Leveraged Finance Analyst. Bjoern Zacher began the career in equity research as an Analyst at HSBC from May 2005 to January 2006. Bjoern Zacher holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from Goethe University Frankfurt and has experience as an exchange student at the University of Southampton.
