Denise Grieffenhagen

Denise Grieffenhagen has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Denise currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Transformation at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA since January 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Organizational Transformation at the same company since September 2017.

Before joining CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA, Denise worked at HSH Nordbank, where they held several managerial positions. From April 2013 to December 2016, they served as the Managing Director of Business Development. During this time, they focused on restructuring and monitoring internal and external outsourced processing of payments and securities. Denise also served as a member of the advisory board of Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG. From October 2011 to April 2013, Denise was the Managing Director of Operations, responsible for comprehensive restructuring initiatives. Denise also served as the Head of Organizational and Project Management from July 2005 to September 2011.

Before their tenure at HSH Nordbank, Denise worked as a Principal Strategic Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney from September 1997 to June 2005. Denise began their professional career at Berliner Bank, where they served as a Branch Manager from June 1994 to September 1997.

Denise Grieffenhagen completed their high school education at Buckhorn Gymnasium from 1982 to 1989 and received a High School degree. Denise then pursued higher education at The University of Göttingen from 1989 to 1994, during which they obtained a Master's Degree in Economics. In 1991 to 1992, Denise also attended UCLA to further their studies in Economics, although the degree earned during this period is not specified.
