Holger Hohrein

Holger Hohrein currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, Holger held the role of Managing Director, CFO & CRO at PEAC Finance from April 2020 to December 2022, and served as Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director at Deposit Solutions GmbH from April 2017 to March 2020. Holger has also contributed as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Stiftung Rechnen and has extensive experience at comdirect bank AG as CFO and CRO from March 2008 to June 2016, overseeing Finance & Controlling, Investor Relations, Risk Management & Compliance, Business Development & Innovation Management, and Information Technology. Additionally, Holger was Head of Finance, Controlling & Risk Management at ebase GmbH and served as a Member of the Supervisory Board. Holger began a career in consulting with McKinsey & Company from January 1999 to February 2008, focusing on the Financial Institutions Group and Global Risk Management Practice. Holger holds a degree from Technische Universität Dresden.
