Massimiliano Chiara

Massimiliano Chiara is the EVP & CFO at IGT. Massimiliano has previously worked as the Chief Sustainability Officer at CNH Industrial from August 2013 to April 2020, the Vice President Finance at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from January 2009 to August 2013, and the Director of Financial Operations at Teksid Aluminum from January 2003 to December 2007. Massimiliano has also served as a Senior Manager, Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 1998 to December 2003, and as Treasurer & Credit Manager at Robert Bosch Italy from January 1997 to December 1998.

Massimiliano Chiara has a CEMS Master in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, a Business Administration Degree in Corporate Finance from Università Bocconi, and a High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico, E. Torricelli, Bolzano-Bozen. Massimiliano also has a certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in NACD Directorship Certified.

Massimiliano Chiara reports to Vincent Sadusky, CEO. They are on a team with Dorothy Costa - SVP of People and Transformation, Enrico Drago - Chief Executive Officer, Digital & Betting, and Christopher Spears - Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
