Janelly Nieves is an experienced event host currently serving at Events and Adventures since April 2015, where responsibilities include hosting events for groups of 10-150 adults and maintaining strong customer service relationships. Previously, Janelly worked as a Program Data and Evaluation Manager at Roots of Success from January 2016 to November 2017, focusing on data entry, analysis, and reporting for program improvement. Janelly has also held administrative roles at the IIT Math and Science Department and Randolph/Fulton Market Association, enhancing office operations and business services. Janelly's early career included a human resources internship at the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement and a lead role as a party coordinator at Windy City Fieldhouse, where leadership skills were demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
