Steven Nichols

Steven Nichols is a Genesys Cloud Architect at Eventus Solutions Group since August 2022. Prior to this, Steven worked at Lumen Technologies as a Lead Contact Center Engineer from October 2014 to August 2022. Steven also has experience as a QA Engineer at Avaya and as a Post Sales Backbone Engineer at Avaya Communications. Additionally, Steven worked as a Software Engineer at Nolan Computers. Steven holds a M.S degree in Information and Communication Technology with a focus on Information Security from the University of Denver, and a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems Design Science from Louisiana State University.
