Tracy Jarvis Smith currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations and Executive Director at Botanical Sciences since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tracy held the positions of Vice President and Director of Specialty Products at EventWorks Rentals from January 2022 to January 2024. As the Founder of CRUSH event rentals LLC from January 2013 to February 2022, Tracy established a luxury boutique company specializing in event design and rentals, focusing on custom draping, lighting, luxury furniture, and unique client experiences. In addition, Tracy was the Creative Director and Founder of CRUSH event design during the same period. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales Consultant at Paychex from January 2010 to September 2012, assisting small business owners. Tracy holds a degree from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
