Andrea Huffman has over six years of experience in customer success roles. Andrea began their career in 2014 as a Jr. Account Manager - QA / Customer Success at Lumen Technologies. In this role, they developed customer relationships, coordinated quality assurance, provided technical support, and educated customers on the functions and capabilities of the solution. In 2016, they moved to Adobe, where they worked as a Renewal Manager. Two years later, in 2018, they joined Salesforce as a Customer Success Manager. In 2020, Andrea joined EverAfter as a Customer Success Enablement Manager. In this role, they work with the tech team to ideate, build, and launch product updates and features based on customer feedback and research.
