Katelyn Pitts has over 8 years of professional experience in customer success roles. Katelyn began their career in 2013 as a Customer Success Account Manager at NetApp. In 2015, they moved to Amazon as a Key Account Onboarding Manager, where they focused on coaching sellers and improving their experience. In 2018, they joined Oracle as a Product Implementation & Customer Success (PICS) Account Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring key customers were current on technology and ready to move to the cloud. Currently, they are an Onboarding & Customer Success Strategist at EverAfter, where they are a strategic partner to their customers.
Katelyn Pitts attended the NYU Tandon School of Engineering from 2002 to 2006, graduating with a B.S. (BTM) Degree in Business and Technology Management.
