Jillian Perih

Jillian Perih is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and human resources. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations at Ever/Body since September 2019, Jillian previously held positions including Director of Strategy & Operations and People and Culture Manager. At Evolution Financial Group, from August 2016 to June 2019, contributions included managing the global HRIS system, implementing new onboarding processes, and launching a paid time off system for over 270 employees. Early career roles included HR Generalist at Stitch Fix, stylist at Body By Simone, and assistant positions in various organizations including Showtime Networks Inc. and Los Angeles Times. Jillian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Film, TV, and Digital Media from UCLA, along with experience from a study abroad program in Florence, Italy.
