Sadiya Tabassum

Sadiya Tabassum is an experienced technical support professional with a robust background in cloud management and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Everbridge since June 2020, Sadiya previously held roles at Microsoft from July 2014 to April 2023, including Support Engineer and Support Specialist. In those roles, Sadiya acted as a Consultant, assisting Partner Technical Consultants and Support Engineers in replicating customer environments to troubleshoot complex issues with Microsoft products, along with expertise in configuring virtual machines, storage accounts, and resource groups. Sadiya also managed and administered both internal and external cloud environments hosting over 10,000 virtual machines globally.
