Devika Pareek is a seasoned Learning and Development Manager with nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality and healthcare industries. Currently, they head the Learning and Development function at CARE Hospitals, India, where they are responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals. They have previously held positions at Hyatt and InterContinental Hotels Group, excelling in training program design and implementation. Devika is also pursuing a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur to further enhance their expertise in human capital management. In 2023, they were recognized as a 30Under30 Young Achievers Awardee by BW Healthcareworld.
