Allison Green Hagerty

Allison Green Hagerty is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on case management and social work. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall since March 2017 and as a Care Manager with EverCare since November 2021, Allison has developed a robust skill set in patient care coordination. Previously, Allison worked as a Social Worker at Putnam Ridge from January 2011 to August 2020. Allison holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology from Empire State University.
