Pirita Sallinen

Pirita Sallinen has extensive experience in customer care and management roles, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Care & CRM at M-Brain since May 2010. In addition, Pirita holds positions on the Board of Management for both Dogipedia Oy and Lumicom Oy since 2010 and 2009, respectively. Previous experience includes entrepreneurship and consulting at Pretigxi Oy, and serving as the Global MBA Program Director at HSE Executive Education. Early career roles include Sales Manager positions at Satama and Fimentor Oy, as well as Account Manager roles at Microsoft and Sybari Software. Pirita's academic background includes a Master's in Intercultural Communication from the University of Helsinki and a Bachelor's in Media and Spanish from the University of Sussex, complemented by a graduate diploma in Leading Change from Aalto University.
