Allison Schrock Pletcher serves as the Distribution Marketing Director at Everence Financial since November 2016, leading a team of marketing managers and devising comprehensive marketing plans that include digital strategies and various promotional tactics, contributing to a significant increase in sales revenue. Previously, in the role of Marketing Manager, Allison supported the local sales agency and corporate credit union, executing strategies that enhanced revenue and member growth. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Franklin College, where successful campaigns resulted in increased donor participation and funds raised. Allison also held positions at the University of Indianapolis focusing on community relations and managing social media, as well as internships in marketing and communications. Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing from the University of Indianapolis in 2014.

History of Everence Founded in 1945 by the Mennonite Church, Everence grew out of a long tradition of church communities putting faith into action by sharing resources with each other. Everence leadership Everence has more than 400 staff and advisors around the country and more than 1,500 volunteer advocates serving in congregations. Guiding their work is our Everence Executive Team, Everence Board of Directors and Affiliate boards. Who we serve Everence is the stewardship agency of the Mennonite Church USA, an Anabaptist denomination, and has long-standing ties to other denominations with historic Anabaptist roots. Many of our members belong to denominations that have historic roots or relationships with the Anabaptist faith community.
