Soyuz Kumar

Soyuz Kumar has worked in the IT industry since 1995. Soyuz started their career at Motorola India Ltd (Messaging Systems Products Group) as a Production Operator. In 2000, they moved to Wipro as an IT Customer Support. In 2002, they joined Oracle Financial Services (Formerly i-flex Solutions Ltd) as an Associate Consultant, where they performed System Analyst role for UBS (Singapore & Frankfurt) & CitiBank (Singapore), managed I-flex Singapore Office IT Infrastructure, and rolled out Remedy (Incident, Problem, Change & Knowledge Base) across all the i-flex locations (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai & Pune). In 2007, they joined IBM India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Advisory Technical Services Professional, helping clients to leverage their existing IT to meet their Business Objectives, and IT Transformation and Technology Enablement. In 2015, they moved to AT&T Labs Research as a Business / Infra Analyst, and was responsible for IT Service Management, Infrastructure Management, IT Governance, Security and Risk Management, Cost Minimization and Revenue Maximization. Currently, they are working at Everest DX Inc as a Service Delivery Manager since 2021.

Soyuz Kumar's education history begins with a High School diploma from Shanthineketan High School, obtained between 1979 and 1992. Following this, they earned a Diploma in Electronics Mechanic from Industrial Training Institute between 1992 and 1994. Soyuz then completed an apprenticeship in Basic Training in Electronics at Bharat Electronics (Center for Training & Development) between 1994 and 1995. Lastly, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Madurai Kamaraj University between 1998 and 2001, with a focus on Business, Management, and Marketing. Additionally, Soyuz Kumar has obtained two certifications: an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in August 2012, and an ITIL Foundation from EXIN.
