Srikanth Reddy began their career in 2017 as an Associate Software Engineer at Head Digital Works Pvt Ltd. In 2018, they moved to Tech Mahindra where they served as a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer. In 2021, they joined Everest DX Inc. as a Scrum Master, Senior Cloud Engineer, and Cloud Engineer.

Srikanth Reddy completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2013 and 2017.
