Arpita Dwivedi

Arpita Dwivedi is a Practice Director on the Information Technology Services team and focuses on sustainability and technology talent research. Arpita helped incubate and currently leads Everest Group’s Sustainability Technology and Services practice, driving research on emerging sustainability enablement trends for buyers as well as providers. Her focus delivers a triple bottom-line lens of people, planet, and profits to global services market research. She also advises firms on building a holistic strategy to attract digital talent and engage and retain current employees to win the IT talent war. Prior to Everest Group, Arpita worked as a consultant with a leading data and analytics firm for a large fortune CPG client. She holds a master’s in business administration from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode.
