Kyle Hayden

Kyle Hayden is the Chief Technology Officer for Everest Group, serving as the global head of information technology. In this role, Kyle will be responsible for the infrastructure and technology strategy to facilitate growth in the business by implementing and overseeing technology services and products that support employees and serve the company's clients. Kyle’s vast expertise lies in building high-performance global teams, managing vendors, standardizing solutions, and overseeing large-scale and complex technical projects. Before Everest Group, Kyle worked as a technology leader across industries and organizations. He spent 15 years leading product innovation in SaaS, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and technology outsourcing companies. His broad leadership experience spans customer success, client services, consulting, and various project management roles, including building technology infrastructure solutions, helping clients migrate to a cloud environment, leading large consulting projects, and guiding clients on outsourced technology services management. He holds a bachelor of science in Information System Management from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana, and he achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications. In his community, Kyle serves as an Advisory Board Member at Ball State University Miller College of Business and is a leader in the mentorship program for undergraduate students.
