Ritika Dhingra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and delivery innovation. Since joining Everest Group in October 2009, Ritika has held various leadership roles, including Director and Head of Program Management, where responsibilities involve driving transformative change management and designing go-to-market strategies. As Head of Delivery Innovation, Ritika has successfully conceptualized new offerings and fostered a culture of continuous improvement within the Information Services team. Prior experience at Copal Partners showcased expertise in financial research, providing analytical solutions, and engaging with clients to support investment decisions. Ritika holds a CFA from ICFAI and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
