Sarvendra Pandey is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in industrial relations and HR management. Currently serving as Plant HR Head at Everest Industries Limited since June 2024, Sarvendra previously held the position of Manager, Head of HR & Admin at DOMS Industries Limited, where responsibilities included managing industrial relations, compliance with labor laws, and payroll processing. A career spanning over a decade includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager at AMIT METALIKS LIMITED, Assistant Manager Human Resources at RSPL Group, and HR roles at multiple organizations including DOMS INDUSTRIES PVT.
