Trissa Joseph

Trissa Joseph Ph.D. serves as the Vice President of R&D at Everest Industries Limited since April 2021, leading a team focused on product development and analytical services. Prior to this role, Trissa held the position of Director R&D at Avery Dennison, where innovation direction was provided for a team of approximately 30 employees, contributing to new product growth and achieving cost targets. Experience also includes leadership roles at Aquapharm Chemicals Pvt Ltd, overseeing technology and sales for oilfield chemicals, and at Halliburton, where responsibilities encompassed cementing operations support and quality assurance. Trissa began an academic career as a Young Scientist at the National Chemical Laboratory and has a strong foundation in chemistry from a Ph.D. earned in Inorganic Chemistry-Catalysis while also completing the Halliburton Business Leadership Program.
